Your pack shipment

Please allow 3 business days for your package to ship.  It will ship via USPS and should arrive in 3-5 days.

I try to provide the best quality in my diapers.  Returns will only be accepted for unused, unwashed products in the original packaging.  Due to the unique nature of my product, I will not be able to accept returns on used items.  If you purchase several diapers, it is suggested that you wash and test one diaper on your baby to be sure that it fits properly.  Every child will fit into diapers differently and you want to be sure that your child and the fit of the diaper are a perfect match.  All shpping costs incurred with a returned item are the responsibility of the customer. 

When you purchase a Better Bottoms Dype you can be sure that you will receive an item of superior quality and craftsmanship.  There is a 45 warranty on diapers purchased on stitching and materials, this does not include normal wear and tear and defects due to not following the suggested care instructions.  Snaps have a lifetime warranty.  I strive to provide exceptional service to my customers and if you have any problems with your diapers, please contact me and we can work together to resolve it.
